Our Factory

We’ve got a semi-automatic unit set up with a capacity of converting 200 tonnes of kraft paper monthly. We utilise top-of-the-line machinery for efficient production, including A & B flute corrugators, auto sheet cutters, bi-colour printer slotters and flexo printers, sheet pasting machines, and rotary machines. Additionally, we have eccentric slotting, platen punching, flat-bed punching, stitching, and paper bubble wrap machines for diverse finishing options.

Our quality control lab

Our commitment to quality is further ensured by our well-functioning testing lab, equipped with advanced tools and procedures. This lab allows us to precisely inspect raw materials, test board strength and printing accuracy, and ensure the finished boxes meet the highest standards. By combining state-of-the-art machinery with a dedicated quality control lab, KIG guarantees you receive the highest quality corrugated packaging solutions available.
